Do I have to accept an offer?
No. There is no obligation to accept an offer from us. You are welcome to review it and decide whether it makes sense for you.
Are you a real estate brokerage?
Kofler Land Company purchases property for its own account as a principal. We are not offering to list or market your property on your behalf. Anthony Kofler is a licensed real estate broker, and his licensed status is disclosed as required.
What types of property do you buy?
We primarily purchase vacant land and acreage. If you own land you may be interested in selling, feel free to send us the property information for review.
What happens after I submit my property?
We will review the information you provide and research the property. If it appears to be a good fit for us, we'll contact you to discuss the property and any next steps.
Who pays the closing costs, and are there any commissions?
Under our standard purchase agreement, Kofler Land Company pays the closing costs specified in the agreement, and there is no real estate commission charged by us because we are purchasing the property directly as a principal. The purchase price stated in our agreement is the price we agree to pay for the property. Any taxes, liens, prorations, or other obligations belonging to the seller may still affect the seller's final proceeds at closing.
Do I need to know my parcel number?
Not necessarily. If you have the parcel number, please include it. If you don't, send us the information you do have(just enter any text in the required field) and we'll let you know if we need anything else to identify the property.
